These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil, specifically in the jurisdiction of São Paulo/São Paulo. The parties agree that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) applies to these Terms where applicable.
